been success stories.
What is amazing about Kairos is the level of sustainable and ongoing positive influence on individuals and families, their future and, the environments in which they live or find themselves.
It has been said that Kairos is the most effective external program operating inside the custodial environment to help transform lives and to the families of those affected.
The facts that, over 30% of the women attending Kairos Outside weekends come back as team members, and a recent study completed by Kairos Prison Ministry into the recidivism rate of NSW Department of Corrective Services (DCS) inmates', who have completed the Kairos Short Course, show a favourable result compared with the overall recidivism rate for DCS - testifies to this.
We, of course, believe that this is a wonderful ministry for you to partner with, to share with us in the joy of transformed lives and, help us make a difference in our society. However, we don't want you to take only our words that it works.
